Your main responsibilities are to provide technical support and assistance to clients and business regarding their software issues. Rôle et responsabilités

The responsibilities include:

  • Implement and execute security controls in a centralized and consistent manner
  • Address emerging security threats
  • Improve security posture
  • Risk management
  • Patch management
  • Vulnerability scan execution and resolution
  • Antivirus deployment and definition updates
  • Log monitoring
  • Access management

Expertise professionnelle et technique requise
  • 2+ years of Industry experience.
  • Linux, AIX & Windows  administration skills
  • Knowledge of scripting languages to automate daily task
  • Basic knowledge on Computer Networks (protocols)
  •  Basic knowledge on IT Security (patch management, vulnerabilities, threats, risks, exploits, etc)
  • Very good written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Problem Determination skills
  • Ability to take leading role in Critical Situation resolution
  • Ability to work within a virtual cross-functional team (teaming being an essential part)
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex technical information in a form consumable by non-technical people and an ability to drill down to customers requirements
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, be well organized and self-sufficient
Expertise professionnelle et technique souhaitée
  •  Ansible knowledge
  • Any middleware knowledge (Apache, SSH, DBMS, etc)
  • Knowledge of AIX SMIT and installp package manager command
  • Familiarity with AIX LPARS, WPARS and DLPARS
  • Installation and Management of VIO servers, Containers, Kubernetes, etc
  • FSP, VM ware, Power systems
