Rôle et responsabilités

As a Systems Services Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional technical support. Serving as the primary technical interface to our clients, you will play a critical role in coordinating both hardware and software support, ensuring seamless operational services. Key Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction Focus: Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support, addressing client needs with efficiency and expertise. Technical Coordination: Serve as the primary technical interface, coordinating hardware and software support to meet client requirements. Operational Services Delivery: Play a pivotal role in delivering operational services, contributing to the smooth functioning of systems and infrastructure.1. On-Site Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Execute on-site installation, maintenance, and repair activities for IBM and multi-vendor systems and components.
2. Client Advisory Services: Provide clients with expert advice on preventive maintenance, configuration, operation, and environmental factors affecting product performance.
3. Comprehensive Service Activities: Perform services activities, including systems assurance, problem determination, discontinuance, and relocation.

Have experience in Customer Service & Customer Interaction
Have basic computer knowledge (e.g., knows what a hard drive, RAM, memory DIMM, IP address)
Can demonstrate mechanical aptitude, and given the appropriate tools follow instructions to perform a repair or replacement (e.g. follow the instructions of a hardware maintenance manual to successfully complete a repair/replacement)
Be comfortable using and working with various tools (e.g. laptop, screw driver, pry tool, needle nose pliers, wrench) to complete necessary installation, maintenance or repair tasks
Problem solving skills

Self-motivator and enjoys working in a Team environment manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
