As a Workday Integrations Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
•Efficient Solution Development and Automation: Build, automate and release solutions based on client's priorities and requirements.
•Proactive Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Explore and discover risks, resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality, and create potential solutions.
•Client-Centric Integration Solution Assurance: Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
10+ years of total experience with at least 6 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT, and XSD.
In-depth understanding of Workday data structures and security framework.
Solid experience in designing complex, scalable integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Benefits.
Hands-on experience with APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Workday Integration Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
