* Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency .

- Experience in working with clients solving challenges effectively

- At least 1 years of hands-on experience in z/OS, zVM, LinuxONE
- Fluent in English.
IBM Infrastructure Solutions Expertise:
Experiencie in installing, upgrading, configurating and testing of IBM Z operating system, subsystem and related software
Experience in planning and implementation reports and documentation
Good understanding of z/OS high availability and Copy Services technology including Metro Mirror, Global Mirror and GDPS (Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex ) on z/OS
Deep hands-on skills in one or more of the following subject matter areas: Networking, Storage, Security, CICS, Linux and WebSphere MQ Series
z/VM & zSecurity, RACF, Sysplex, DB2 plex, z/VM system programming & Linux on z Systems administration
Knowledge about other IBM Infrastructure technologies will be a plus, like Storage, Power Systems or IBM Cloud
