Introducción

We are seeking an Intern motivated to increase his expertise in Python and Ragas skills and join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining prompt templates and evaluating already implemented AI-based bots to ensure high-quality performance and user experience.

The Internship program is for a determined period of 3 months - full time. The candidate can be offered the option of a permanent position in IBM.



In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Su función y responsabilidades
  • Maintain and optimize prompt templates for AI systems to improve user interactions and performance.
  • Evaluate and test AI bots to ensure functionality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Analyze data outputs from bots and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to align bot performance with business goals.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and data science to suggest innovative improvements.

Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
  • Bachelor’s degree or last year student in Computer Science, Data or a related field.
  • Skills in Python and its libraries for data analysis and machine learning (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
  • Familiar with AI prompt management and optimization.
  • Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
