This SME is responsible for leading the AP Capital Planning and Inventory Optimization and coordinates overall AP Capital Planning, E2E Ordering Process and Stock management, for 15+ small and medium size countries. This leader will manage also the incremental workload in support of the Leasing process, that we are expanding WW. This expansion of our Lease coverage brings additional tasks and scope within the team. The expected outcome is to deliver a tighter control on budget and capital utilization, building a management system to assure that purchases are aligned with CIO strategy and country/geo needs, improve ordering process cycle time, and improve stock levels at a country level. For this, the leader will have robust controls system and governance. Constantly looks for improvement opportunities and process enhancements. Actively collaborate and partner with Operations for Devices@IBM (execution organization), to drive delivery excellence and efficiencies to the process. Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied and takes the initiative to develop and recommend modifications to processes and procedures. Fosters clear communication and productive relationships with stakeholders, looking for enhancement opportunities for the overall Devices@IBM program. Nurtures relationships with key internal and Business Units stakeholders. Interface within CIO team for budget approval Track budget usage-Geo wise Track stock level and ensure right usage Ensure adequate stock level at each Geo Ensure interlocks with Business/HR to get the New-onboarding details Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly Work with chapter leaders to implement best practices across Geo. Ensure timely delivery by tracking orders. Governance with partners to track performance.
