As an Implementation Manager in the Education Delivery team for IBM SkillsBuild (IBM Corporate Social Responsibility), you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, large-scale learning initiatives with a primary focus on academic student developers as well as secondary school and adult learner initiatives. An integral member of the IBM SkillsBuild Learning Delivery team, your role is critical to ensuring these experiences not only meet the current educational strategy but also exceed them by innovating and adapting to future learning landscapes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Working with the Guided Learning Experiences Leader and the Student Initiatives PM in order to forecast, plan, manage, monitor and improve the guided learning experiences that will be offered through our preferred training vendors to students worldwide from 2025.
- Creating and delivering technical enablement so that partners implementing IBM SkillsBuild and related programs such as GLEs can do so with minimal reliance on the LED/DSM/IM delivery structure (TTT materials)
- Leading on technical design of the partner training delivery process to ensure learners, trainers, and other stakeholders enjoy the highest possible experience using IBM SkillsBuild.
- Collaborating with the Learning Delivery team to ensure the partner and learner experiences can be delivered sustainably, competitively and with an acceptable ROI.
- Collaborating with the SkillsBuild technical team to define best practice for partner and learner onboarding and management.
- Eventual work with vendors using agile and creative methods to innovate our delivery practice focusing on learner experience and demand, effective ROI and positive impact to the geos
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure we deliver high-quality work consistently by regularly reviewing and gathering feedback.
Cross Funcational Collaboration:
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to coordinate and align on program delivery, content creation, and service design.
- Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in managing educational program delivery using project management skills and methodologies
- Proven experience delivering technical training in a virtual environment
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage large-scale experiential learning programs.
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring quality and delivery assurance in educational programs, through data-driven analysis and a tracking management system.
- Proven experience of managing stakeholders through projects with deadlines, limitations, and multiple variables.
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working across different functions and teams within an organization
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptive mindset with the ability to work in complex and changing environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on mentorship and teamwork.
