Key Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint decks.
- Work closely with senior management to prepare executive-level reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, including experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- People management skills, including experience leading small teams or collaborating across departments.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of taking the initiative and working independently.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and smooth communication.
- Participate in client meetings, providing insights, updates, and recommendations based on data analysis.
Support the team in understanding client needs, expectations, and requirements, translating them into actionable business strategies

- Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications or training in analytics or business management would be a plus.
- Internship or part-time work in management, operations, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
