本ロールでは、お客様のデジタル変革や開発・運用保守に対する課題に対し、生成AI活用や自動化等による開発運用の高度化に加え、IT組織変革まで踏み込み提案し、効果創出にむけお客様と伴走したデリバリーまで、お客様のDX変革及びIT組織構造改革の推進を担う人材を求めています。

IBMは、効率化や品質向上を実現するための、生成AIやハイブリッドクラウド、運用サービスの移行やシステムのモダナイゼーション、プロセスの効率化を実現するLeanメソドロジーなど、多くのアセットやメソドロジーを有しています。また、社内や関連会社に加え、地域DXセンターのニアショアやフィリピンやインドなど、多数のコンサルタント、PM、アーキテクト、テクノロジー専門家が所属しています。これらアセットやメソドロジー、グローバルレベルでの専門家を組み合わせてソリューションを確立し、各業界を代表するお客様の変革を中長期契約で推進いただきます。なお、IT部門やIT子会社の構造改革として、M&Aや合弁会社の設立などの手段を取ることもあります。

・コンサルティングファームやSIer、事業会社での、IT戦略立案やITサービスの提案及び立ち上げ、アプリケーション開発、運用保守領域における変革推進など、いずれかのIT業務領域におけるコンサルティング経験

・お客様との折衝、課題抽出・分析、課題解決に向けた提案書・実行プランの策定、プレゼンテーション

・プロジェクト推進に係る業務経験：ワークショップの検討・実行、業務管理など

 

Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

・基幹系システムのアプリケーション開発、運用保守の経験

・クラウド関連のスキル保有
