In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
A proven and credible practitioner, your deep solution experience will help you lead a team of go-to subject matter experts. Fostering a culture of candour, collaboration, and growth-mindedness, you'll ensure co-creation across IBM Sales and client teams that drive investment in, and adoption of IBM's strategic platforms. Overseeing your teams' fusion of innovative solutions with modern IT architectures, integrated solutions, and offerings, you'll ensure they're helping to solve some of their clients most complex business challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include: Team Leadership and Coaching in Technical Sales: Lead and coach a team of technical sales talent to partner with clients, co-create use-case-specific solutions, and drive innovative approaches to address clients' business needs. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Collaborate and strategize with IBM, client, and partner sales teams to deliver compelling prototypes that lead to transformative, value-added changes for our clients. Maximizing Utilization of IBM's Technology Sales Resources: Promote the maximum usage of IBM's Technology Sales resources, including Client Engineering, 3rd party selling partners, and the Customer Success Management team.
- Should be technically strong in Recruiting Data Models and its associated Recruiting features such as candidate status set, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup and reporting areas.
- Should be technically strong in Onboarding 2.0 and its associated Onboarding Features such as Onboarding Panels, Compliance Forms, Notifications, Security Permissions, Business Rules/Advanced Conditions, MDF Objects etc
- Should have working exposure in Implementation and Support experience.
- Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting/Onboarding2.0
- Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
- Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment.
