  • Bachelor’s degree++ in business, technical, HR, education, or related field; advanced degree prefered

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, talent development, or university relations

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across teams

  • Familiarity with university recruiting and early-career development programs preferred

  • Lead program planning, scheduling, and execution across academic semesters

  • Coordinate recruitment, application review, and selection with university partners

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and IBM leaders

  • Monitor student progress and provide support to maximize learning and impact

  • Track and report program metrics, ensuring alignment with IBM talent pipeline needs

  • Organize information sessions, onboarding, and networking opportunities
