業界向けコンサルタントとしてIBMの幅広い製品や技術を活用しお客様に対して専門的なサービスを提案・提供・実施する役割を担います。お客様から信頼されるビジネスアドバイザーとして最も困難なビジネス課題を解決するために革新的なソリューションを提供します。この役割ではお客様が戦略、プロセス、技術、情報を統合し効果を高めコストを削減し、利益や株主価値を向上させるプロジェクトに取り組みます。また新しいスキルを習得し、異なる分野での経験を積み、新たな挑戦に取り組む機会も得られ、さまざまな業界に対する深い理解を育むことができます。

•コンサルティングファームにおける金融業界向けコンサルティング経験（ビジネス戦略・業務改革・データ分析・ITソリューションなど、いずれの分野でも可）•ITベンダー、SIerにおける金融業界向けのプロジェクト推進経験•銀行など金融機関におけるIT部門や経営企画部門での業務企画や業務改革に携わった経験•お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していること
