In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Su función y responsabilidades

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our Global Business Services unit at IBM. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on international implementation projects and maintenance support in the near region, assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions to achieve their expected business results.

  • Guide and provide inputs for change management;
  • Raise awareness for data quality and putting remediation plans to address data related issues;
  • Understand data needs and sources and guide the data integration aspects of the project;
  • Demonstrate functional and technical expertise in SAP Ariba modules;
  • Provide guidance to the technical team to support the technical build of the system, enhancements and bug fixes;
  • Provide responses to functional queries regarding Ariba’s software solutions;
  • Architect the integration of various systems in the landscape;
  • Provide leadership in customer project implementations by providing subject matter expertise in Source to Pay Processes utilizing SAP Ariba;
  • Guide and provide inputs for long term solution sustainability and value realization.
Educación requerida
Título de asociado/Diploma universitario
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
  • 5+ years of SAP Ariba module experience;
  • Functional and technical knowledge of SAP ARIBA modules
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 3 years work experience);
  • Proven management and delivery skills;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Communication and collaboration skills;
  • Business Analyst skills.
