In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Su función y responsabilidades

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution: Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined. Continuous Learning and Technology Integration: Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.

Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida

  • Liderar equipes multifuncionais no Dojo@Scale, promovendo práticas ágeis, DevOps e automação para impulsionar entregas de alto impacto.

  • Garantir excelência técnica no desenvolvimento de soluções, incentivando boas práticas de arquitetura, codificação e revisão de código.

  • Atuar como mentor técnico, capacitando equipes a adotar tecnologias modernas e práticas avançadas de engenharia de software.

  • Definir e orientar a implementação de pipelines CI/CD, infraestrutura como código (IaC) e automação de processos.

  • Colaborar com stakeholders para alinhar objetivos técnicos e de negócio, garantindo entregas de valor.

  • Monitorar e aprimorar continuamente a performance e a qualidade técnica das equipes.

Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

  • Experiência avançada em desenvolvimento de software com linguagens como Java, Node.js, Angular ou similares.

  • Proficiência em arquitetura de microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos.

  • Conhecimento em pipelines CI/CD e ferramentas como Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions ou similares.

  • Experiência em automação e Infrastructure as Code (IaC) com Terraform, Ansible ou equivalentes.

  • Familiaridade com ambientes de nuvem (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Compreensão de aspectos de segurança e performance em arquiteturas modernas.

  • Liderança colaborativa, capacidade de inspirar equipes e facilitar o alinhamento entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.

  • Proatividade e visão estratégica para solucionar problemas complexos.
