As a Project Manager for our premier Software Development Location, you’ll be at the forefront of driving project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment.
- Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace.
Experience with complex transformation programs - non-AMS.
Required if on-site
- Project Management Expert: The ideal candidate would have led complex projects outside the Application Management Services (AMS) domain. They should be certified in project management methods like PRINCE2 or PMP and have the skills to lead diverse teams.
- Industry and Technology Knowledge: They should have extensive experience in the relevant industry or sectors for your organization's transformation goals. They should also understand technology landscapes well and be familiar with agile project management methodologies.
- On-Site Management: If the job involves on-site management, the person should excel in leadership and communication to effectively manage remote and on-site teams.
- Change Management: The person has led change management initiatives within complex transformation programs, focusing on user adoption and process improvement.
- Risk Management: They can identify, assess, and mitigate risks in complex program environments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
