Su función y responsabilidades

As a Product Manager you will lead a team that redefines the user experience that enterprises and operators love.    

What you will do:

  • Work with users to identify the buyer and user journey for enterprise products, identifying areas of friction that impede a fast time to first application deployment.
  • Your goal will be to make users happy.  
  • Partnering with engineering you will be strong minded but humble in understanding the enterprise user journey.
  • Empower a small group of engineers and enablement specialists rapidly iterate on UX improvements through user driven, empirical processes.
  • You will employ your user engagement skills to create a user focused, continuous learning environment. 
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to create a strategic and defensible experience for users.
  • Conduct product reviews that analyze the current state of assigned product features and recommend future investments based off of business information gathered

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant industry experience in Product Management
  • Full lifecycle product management 
  • A passion for creating simple & secure products that meet the enterprise needs and users love
  • Understanding the user lifecycle
  • Technical, organizational, communication skills and experience to transform passion into reality.
  • Managing user experience components for enterprise infrastructure software
  • Outcome driven individual who leverages data and intuition
  • Experience with open source software a major plus
