IBM Human Resources (HR) is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting policies and programs that attract, develop, retain, and motivate the best and most talented workforce worldwide. We prioritize health & safety, HR services, HR business development, compensation, benefits, learning, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, global administration, labour relations, workforce management, transformation, user experience and more. We also lead the strategy and execution for culture, people and processes in the business units globally.
Many companies in the Market offer the opportunity to employees to exchange benefits (cafeteria model). So far IBM Netherlands do not offer this exchange possibility to her employees yet.
The HR graduate student will do a Market analysis, survey the interest/needs amongst IBM employees and give a recommendation/advice including the set-up of an implementation and communication plan.
The student will be hired for 5 - 6 months, starting September 1, 2025. Costs € 650 gross per month for an internship allowance. Costs will be booked on General Welfare.
