Partner Technical Specialist - Territory (PTS-T for AI/MLOps) is a Technical Sales role looking after IBM's Data Platform with focus on AI/MLOps solution portfolio. It means providing solutions that enable people across organizations, in multiple roles, the ability to turn data into actionable insights, and to cover AI Governance, AI Code Generation, MLOps and GRC solutions for IBM Hong Kong. And it means selling multi-award winning software, and world-class design practices that enables business analysts to ask new questions. Su función y responsabilidades

Partner Technical Specialist - Territory (PTS-T for AI/MLOps) Roles & Responsibilities:

PTS-T need to work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM AI/MLOps solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. IBM AI/MLOps solutions cover AI Governance, AI Code Generation, MLOps and GRC solutions portfolio. PTS-T also need to work closely with IBM Technology Sales and IBM Business Partners to achieve business goals. 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Strategy Design: Creating client strategies for IBM AI/MLOps solutions.
  • Solution Definition: Defining IBM AI/MLOps solutions that enhance technology stacks.
  • Educational Support: Providing proof of concepts and simplifying complex topics to educate clients.
  • Credibility Building: Establishing credibility and trust to facilitate the closure of intricate Cloud tech deals.
  • Client PoC / Partner Enablement : PTS-T need to drive business closure via technology expertise. PTS-T should have the skills to conduct Client Proof of Concept (PoC) or to deliver AI/MLOps skills enablement session to business partners

  • Hands-on of AI/MLOps solution : have hands-on experience to develop AI applications (ML / DL / GenAI) with leverage of tools / libraries, inc. jupyter notebook, github, huggingface etc. and have good understanding of MLOps platform for AI/ML Lifecycle Management and Deployment
  • Understanding of AI Governance : have experience to deal with AI (ML / DL / GenAI) models with data drift, accuracy, bias, hallucination issue faced in projects  
  • Business Goal Translation: Translating business goals into technical solutions through collaborative teamwork.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence diverse senior stakeholders within enterprises.


Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

 

·    Data & AI Market Knowledge: Expertise in the Data & AI market to quickly become a trusted client advisor.

  • AI Governance / GRC Experience : have understanding of the AI Governance regulations evolving in the market and experience to setup GRC (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance) framework for production environment is a plus
