Su función y responsabilidades

In this role you will: 

  • Analyse, design scalable and integrated complex processes business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
  • Perform advanced configuration of SD components (sales, shipping, billing, credit management, rebates).
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and interfaces (RICEFW).
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM, and CRM.
  • Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Handle high-level support issues (L2/L3), root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Act as a bridge between business users, IT, and SAP support teams.
  • Conduct workshops, gather feedback, and provide expert advice to leadership.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.
  • Stay update with the latest SAP Technology, and methodologies (ECC, S/4HANA RISE or GROW)

 

 

 

 

Educación requerida
Licenciatura
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
  • Strong knowledge of SAP process business
  • Has 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module with multiple end-to-end implementations and support projects
  • Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and go-live support.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering optimized solutions.
  • Interacting effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

Has certification in SD modul is preferable.
