The infrastructure in the financial and banking industries are quickly changing as the world’s relationship with technology evolves. Companies have more choices than ever before between on-premises, off-premises, or a hybrid approach.  Our Brand Sales Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for keeping up with these technologies and using their expertise to deliver solutions to meet customers’ requirements. We are looking for a candidate :

  • Who will be a Passionate Advocate that actively promotes and educates customers about IBM’s Storage for Hybrid Cloud and the underlying infrastructure ( IBM Fusion and Fusion HCI/ Ceph with Red hat OpenShift/Virtualization )
  • Build awareness, generate excitement, and drive adoption by delivering compelling content
  • Showcasing the benefits of IBM storage with Red Hat OpenShift  technology through presentations and demonstrations
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for IBM’s storage capabilities to key customers in the Banking and Financial Market
Su función y responsabilidades


Work closely with clients to understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's storage solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. A typical day may involve:

  • Engaging with customers to address their storage needs, answer technical questions, and identify opportunities for adoption.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to provide product expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and address customer concerns during the sales cycle.
  • Developing content like case studies and presentations to highlight the advantages of IBM Fusion/HCI/Ceph solutions unique to financial markets
  • Collaborating with the broader IBM sales team to boost pipeline growth.

·       Experience working with RedHat OpenShift Infrastructure design and deployment

·       Extensive knowledge of Linux Containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and deployment of containerized applications/microservices architectures 

·       Experience working with RedHat Enterprise Linux operating system 

·       Experienced in OpenShift Component services in Compute, Storage, Networking and monitoring of applications.

·       Excellent presentation, writing, and public speaking abilities to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 

·       Genuine enthusiasm for storage technology and the ability to communicate its value proposition convincingly.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
