SAP Basis Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
System Monitoring: Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP environments (servers, databases, and network connectivity).
User Management: Assist in user account creation, role assignment, and authorization management in SAP systems.
System Upgrades: Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and software installations under supervision.
Backup & Recovery: Help with backup and recovery processes for SAP systems, ensuring data integrity.
Collaboration with Teams: Work with senior SAP Basis consultants to resolve system issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Basic SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems and components, including SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and SAP ECC.
Operating System & Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and databases (e.g., Oracle, HANA).
Troubleshooting Skills: Basic problem-solving skills related to system performance, user access, and connectivity issues.
Willingness to Learn: Strong interest in developing SAP Basis skills, including system administration and support.
Communication Skills: Ability to work in teams, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
