Buscamos un Líder de Estrategia, Marketing y Adopción motivado para diseñar y ejecutar iniciativas estratégicas, liderar campañas de marketing y fomentar la adopción de productos o servicios digitales con conocimiento de retail, marketplaces y aplicaciones digitales. Este rol es esencial para alinear la visión estratégica con las necesidades del mercado, maximizar el impacto comercial y garantizar la adopción exitosa por parte de los usuarios.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Desarrollo Estratégico: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing que impulsen el crecimiento de Marketplace / Ecosistema digital.
  • Marketing y Promoción: Liderar campañas multicanal innovadoras que posicionen la marca, generen compromiso del cliente y maximicen el retorno de inversión (ROI).
  • Gestión de Adopción: Crear y optimizar marcos para impulsar la adopción de productos o servicios digitales, eliminando barreras y mejorando la experiencia del usuario.
  • Gestión de Stakeholders: Coordinar con equipos internos y externos, incluyendo áreas de productos, tecnología y operaciones, para garantizar la ejecución fluida de las iniciativas.
  • Monitoreo y Mejora Continua: Definir y rastrear indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), analizando resultados y proporcionando recomendaciones accionables para optimización.

Formación Académica: Título universitario en Administración, Marketing, Estrategia o áreas afines. Preferible maestría en un campo relacionado.

Experiencia: Mínimo 7 años en roles estratégicos, marketing o liderazgo en adopción, idealmente en las industrias de retail, marketplaces y/o gestión de créditos.

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Amplio conocimiento del mercado de retail y su dinámica operativa.
  • Experiencia en plataformas de marketplaces, desde la estrategia hasta la ejecución operativa.
  • Entendimiento de productos financieros, especialmente en el onboarding, gestión de créditos y pagos.
  • Uso avanzado de herramientas analíticas para monitoreo de SLAs y KPIs.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías de gestión como Agile.

Competencias Clave:

  • Pensamiento Estratégico: Habilidad para identificar tendencias, evaluar riesgos y diseñar planes accionables.
  • Liderazgo de Marketing: Dominio de estrategias digitales, branding y generación de contenido.
  • Gestión del Cambio: Conocimientos en modelos de adopción como ADKAR o Kotter, y experiencia en mapeo del recorrido del cliente.
  • Orientación a Resultados: Capacidad para transformar datos en insights prácticos que impulsen decisiones clave.
  • Comunicación Efectiva: Excelencia en la presentación de ideas a equipos y stakeholders.
