-Ensure the adequate and correct delivery of services and growth of TLS/IBM services in the accounts under your responsibility.
-Ensuring profitability of the assigned account(s)
-Ensure customer satisfaction
-Ensure growth of the TLS/IBM portfolio in the account(s).
-Generate/Maintain and expand the Executive level relationship of the account(s)
-Handle escalations of critical situations in the Client and IBM organization.
- Graduate in the Information Technology area (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Systems Engineering or similar).
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Technology related business development
- Knowledge of financial management
- Excellent relationship with clients at executive and operational levels.
- Intermediate English
