• Assist in Process Analysis & Design: Help analyze and design basic HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
• Learn SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Gain knowledge of core SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Compensation. Understand how these modules work together to support HR processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team to support SAP SuccessFactors implementations and assist in ongoing system maintenance.
• Support Task Coordination: Help track tasks and ensure they are completed on time. Assist in providing basic updates and documentation for the team.
• Provide Basic Support: Assist in providing functional support for SAP SuccessFactors users and help troubleshoot common issues.
• Customer Communication: Support communication between team members and clients, ensuring that requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Learning & Development: Continuously improve your skills by learning about SAP SuccessFactors features and HR processes to contribute effectively to the team.

HR Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR processes, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Development.
SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge: Familiarity with core SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
Experience with HR Systems: Any prior exposure to HR systems (including SuccessFactors) is a plus.
Communication & Consulting Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with business users and provide basic functional support.
