will be responsible for conducting the entire hiring process, from opening the requisition and validating all information received from the hiring manager to the offer process. This cycle involves several steps, such as: Managing the relationship with the hiring manager or Work Force Manager or focal points, validating candidates' skills, phone screens, releasing candidates for manager evaluation, scheduling interviews, managing interview panels, interview follow-ups, and the offer process.
