Tokyo SOCは、IBMが全世界15拠点以上に展開するセキュリティー・オペレーション・センター（SOC）の一つであり、サイバーセキュリティの最前線で活躍するプロフェッショナル集団です。
私たちはIBMのグローバル拠点のメンバーと協業しながら、国内外の様々なお客様に対して、24時間365日体制でセキュリティ監視・デバイス管理を提供し、日々高度化・巧妙化するサイバー攻撃からお客様システムを守っています。

セキュリティー・オペレーション・センター業務において必要な契約および運用に関するシステム対応業務・プロセス業務を行なって頂きます。

  • 運用フローや各チームの役割を理解し、システム対応業務において適切なチームとのコミュニケーションを実施する
  • サービス内容を理解し、各契約プロセス業務を適切に完了する
  • 契約に関するプロセスとツールの使用方法を理解し、求められた期日までに指示されたプロセス業務を完了する
  • 会社もしくは所属長が必要と判断した研修・会議に参加する
