Configure and implement GenAI solutions that enable automation and operational efficiency.
Apply deep technical knowledge to design and develop solutions for complex engineering, application, network, and system administration challenges.
Define and establish core system architecture and foundational design frameworks.
Develop engineering strategies to integrate new technologies into customer infrastructures, enhancing processes for data collection, analysis, production, and dissemination.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine optimal solutions—whether manual, software-based, or hardware-driven.
Maximize use of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and pre-developed components where appropriate.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Proven success leading implementations in 24/7 operational or mission-critical environments.
Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working with the FAA, NAS systems, or other federal transportation programs.
Experience with complex, geographically distributed telecom deployments.
