Support the Ecosystem Field Marketing team in local campaigns and events to promote IBM solutions and services;
Collaborate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies;
Assist in analyzing metrics and performance reports;
Supporting the creation and adaptation of marketing content (emails, presentations, social media posts, etc.);
Participating in the organization of events, webinars and conferences, from logistics to post-event;
Monitoring competition and market trends to identify opportunities and threats;
Carrying out market research and helping to identify new clients and market segments
Undergraduate students who will graduate in mid-2026 or later.
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration or related areas;
Verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work in a team and interact with different areas;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proactivity, organization and good time management;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (formerly Office suite): Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Desirable: Intermediate level of English and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Interest in new technologies and corporate solutions;
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment;
Previous experience (even in academic projects) with marketing or events will be considered a plus.
