Your role and responsibilities

- Our division collaborates with clients across a wide range of industries to create and grow digital services/products with a strong focus on customer experience.

- With the rapid advancement of generative AI technologies—especially large language models (LLMs)—the demand for designing and developing AI agents is increasing significantly. We are seeking new team members to help meet this demand.


[Position Overview]

- Individuals with hands-on experience in designing and developing AI agents using LLMs and related technologies

- Those who enjoy keeping up with academic research and emerging technologies, and are eager to apply their knowledge in practice

- Candidates interested in playing a key role—potentially as an engineering manager—in launching a new team that drives the development of competitive digital services/products using AI

[Required Core Skills and Experience]

- Currently residing in Japan and fluent at a native level in either Japanese or English (proficiency in one language is sufficient)

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both team members and clients

- Proven experience in leading business process design, product architecture, and operational design while coordinating across multiple departments

- Practical experience integrating and operating LLMs or other machine learning models within products

- Ability to independently explore rapidly evolving AI-related services and tools, and quickly turn ideas into prototypes

- Capacity to swiftly learn and apply new technologies—especially AI-related tools—in a business context

- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GPT-3/4, or similar

Backend: Python (FastAPI), TypeScript, GraphQL

Web Frontend: TypeScript, React (Next.js)

Preferred technical and professional experience

- Experience in developing and operating large-scale web or mobile applications

- Proven track record in designing and developing applications and APIs that deliver excellent user experiences

- Experience in launching new businesses or driving product improvements and growth based on customer feedback

- Hands-on experience in designing applications with a strong focus on availability, security, and fault tolerance
