Join our IBM Corporate Security team as a Senior Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst, and play a critical role in protecting IBM's people, assets, and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting internal investigations, collaborating with digital investigators, and embedding OSINT into early warning and enterprise risk programs. You are responsible for collecting and analyzing publicly available information to support sensitive internal investigations, including misconduct, insider activity, and conflict of interest cases. You will also use your technical expertise and analytical skills to develop assessments and provide actionable intelligence to investigations, insider threat, counterintelligence, strategic intelligence, and other proactive risk management programs.
You will conduct global end-to-end OSINT investigations, with focus on timely conclusion of investigations, including clear, concise documentation of investigative findings while ensuring investigations are conducted professionally and to a high standard with discretion and non-attributable manner. You will apply tactical and operational intelligence thinking and stay ahead of emerging threats using cutting-edge technologies like generative AI and other IBM technologies to the speed, depth, and scalability of investigations and intelligence production, while maintaining awareness of evolving internal and external threat trends and adapting intelligence and investigative strategies accordingly. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in OSINT and online research, with demonstrated contributions to internal investigations, insider threat, counterintelligence, strategic intelligence, or security incidents.
- Proven experience supporting and working alongside cross-functional investigative, legal or compliance functions to deliver integrated investigative outcomes.
- Experience with OSINT tools and techniques, including advanced internet-based research and entity link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego).
- Proficiency in using and applying Generative AI tools and techniques.
- Analyze open source and internal data to identify trends, patterns, and insights using data visualization and other analytical techniques.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think programmatically and design scalable workflows and frameworks to improve team efficiency, processes, and programs.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborative with good project management and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, written and analytical communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information accurately, clearly and quickly to senior leaders and non-technical audience. High level of integrity and experience working with sensitive material.

- OSINT, Intelligence and Cybersecurity-related certifications are a plus.
- Experience in investigations, trust & safety, or compliance-led environment.
