We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, designers, architects, release engineers, and product managers. Together, we are building a large-scale, high-performance Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, available on both SaaS and self-hosted platforms.
In this role, you will work in an agile, collaborative environment to deliver impactful features. You’ll partner with your scrum team, performance engineers, product managers, UX designers, and SREs to develop high-quality, microservices-based solutions. You will also participate in an on-call rotation to support the operational health of our services.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure microservices using Java, Node.js, and GoLang.
- Collaborate with your scrum team and SREs to deliver end-to-end functionality on a sprint cadence.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ensure performance, monitoring, and high availability of backend services using tools like IBM Instana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
- Implement security, compliance, and privacy-by-design principles.
- Support incident response and resolution across multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, IBM Cloud).
- Participate in the on-call rotation to maintain service reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience developing SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in GoLang, Java, and Node.js for enterprise-level software development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous architecture.
- Experience with database design and implementation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and related tools (e.g., Helm, Prometheus).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
