In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
* Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights using analytical tools.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational and financial decisions.
* Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Collaboration with IT Team:
* Coordinate with IT specialists to implement and enhance data systems, workflows, and reporting tools as a business analyst,
* Assist in automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Operational Support:
* Analyze and optimize current operational processes to enhance productivity.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
* Develop documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational workflows.
Project Management:
* Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams.
* Track project progress, manage risks, and report updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Operations/Finance with relevant bachelors in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
* Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau).
* Familiarity with IT systems and prior experience in IT consulting is preferred.
