These individuals foster positive event discipline culture and engagement, develop and deliver enablement for the global event marketing team and drive event communications and operational excellence. They are responsible for budget planning, finance health, interlocking with MCO for operational efficiency while managing vendor relationships for IBM event excellence and innovation.
Individuals in event planning & execution lead annualized global event planning and consistent design/delivery of excellent proprietary and third-party attendee event experiences to generate pipeline.
These individuals own and optimize events to meet business objectives based on stakeholder feedback while partnering with key stakeholders including named account marketing & field marketing (conversation/growth squads to define objectives, target audience, develop plan including requirements for associated targeted audience actions) They design the individual event attendee experience within the client journey; including messaging and
curriculum scope and sequence based on standard event hubs while ensuring sales alignment and event execution (with field marketing). They manage post event outcomes and performance with relevant stakeholders (i,e., field marketing), handle end to end process and tools including EMB entry, logo licenses, CTEBA, data privacy, EDIT upload and debrief for core team events, while ensuring all legal, compliance, finance, and other required processes are efficiently completed.
