As a Deputy Manager - Record to Report (R2R), you are responsible for general accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Fixed Assets Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting financial analysis and reporting.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Co-ordinating all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax and accruals.
Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions.
Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
As a Manager - Finance and Administration Delivery, you are responsible for the project service request management, delivery status reporting and financial forecasting, reporting and analysis. This position develops and makes the day-to-day PMA operations more efficient.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Manage service delivery of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in scope.
In charge of invoice processing, vendor master management; query resolution, indexing, Invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting activities.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on timelines and accuracy.
Ensure proper financial treatment of the team's transactions.
Maintain a sound Internal control environment.
Lead Special Projects and handle customer expectations.
Ensure feedback is provided for the process.
Systematically identify, analyze, and tackle issues and problems to reach optimal solutions on time.
Graduate with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-company, and Cash Reconciliations.
Posting Journal entries and recording the transaction in the ERP.
People management experience will be an added advantage.
Proven expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews.
Proven experience in Client management and working in a fast-paced environment will be preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP environment preferred Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals.
