In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) with at least 3 end-to-end successful implementations as a team lead
- Hands-on experience configuring Employee Central module, including Custom Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, Workflows, and Report Center (Canvas/Advanced reports)
- Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution designs following best practices
- Configure and manage EC Benefits (Insurance, Pension, Allowances, Reimbursements)
- Lead business process design workshops
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct SF training for key users
- Understand and configure SF Security framework and authorizations
- Manage all Data Models and have strong XML knowledge
- Perform cutover activities and provide hyper-care/post-go-live support
- Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Certified in SF EC with a valid Delta certification
- 12+ years of strong experience in SF EC, including RBP and Benefits
- Exposure to SF Time Off
- Experience in interfaces and major HR transformation programs
