We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team within IBM Consulting Thailand. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping user-centered design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive strategic design decisions and deliver seamless end-to-end experiences across digital platforms. You’ll lead by example—through hands-on design work and mentoring others—in an agile, high-impact environment.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
· Lead small to medium-sized design teams through the end-to-end design process—from user research and ideation to prototyping, validation, and final delivery—ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
· Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, developers, architects, and key client stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and craft intuitive, engaging user experiences.
· Facilitate design thinking workshops, usability testing sessions, and sprint-based collaboration with clients and internal teams.
· Develop comprehensive UI/UX and service design strategies aligned with client business goals and user needs.
· Translate business requirements into high-quality design solutions including wireframes, high-fidelity designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes that clearly communicate the design intent to clients and users.
· Mentor junior designers, provide constructive critique, and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
· Contribute to business development efforts, proposal writing, and storytelling alongside design leadership to support go-to-market initiatives.
· 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital product and service design skills, with consulting or client-facing experience strongly preferred.
· Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
· Strong skills in user research and analysis, including persona creation, journey mapping, service blueprinting, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
· Fluency in both Thai and English—spoken and written.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
· Familiarity with design systems and component libraries, including token-based development.
· Understanding of design-to-code principles to support smooth handover to development teams.
· Motion design or animation skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) are a plus.
