As Java + ReactJS Full Stack Developer, you are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications.
1. Front-End Development (ReactJS)
- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS.
- Implement reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance.
- Use tools like Redux, React Router, and Webpack.
2. Back-End Development (Java)
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
- Implement business logic, data processing, and server-side functionality.
- Manage database interactions using JPA/Hibernate.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the backend services.
3. Database Management
- Design and manage relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Perform database migrations and optimizations.
4. DevOps & Deployment
- Use tools like Docker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-prem servers.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
5. Testing & Debugging
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (e.g., JUnit, Jest, Cypress).
- Debug and resolve bugs across the stack.
- Use tools like Postman, Swagger, and browser dev tools.

- Experience with the Software Development life cycle; coding, unit test, function or component test, system test and
integration test, agile practices
Demonstrated execution experience of Systems project development
- Languages & Frameworks: Java, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular
- Backend Development: RESTful APIs, OOP, JUnit, Python unit testing frameworks
- Frontend Development: ReactJS/ Angular, Redux, Context API, Carbon Design System, UI/UX best practices
- DevOps & Cloud: Containers, Linux OS, CI/CD, Cloud Development, Security Standards (e.g., CIS Benchmark)
- Tools & Practices: Agile/Scrum, Git, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Performance Optimization
- Strong UI design and development experience, proven record of building enterprise class User Interfaces
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting - Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a global team environment. Work with global technical leaders in defining the product road map
- Able to guide multiple scrum teams and ensure the sprint and release deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria
- Perform design, code reviews , Unit test cases and catch defects early in the cycle
