Your role and responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design

    • Lead the end-to-end architecture design of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

    • Evaluate client requirements and translate them into technical solution blueprints leveraging cloud, data, and AI technologies.

    • Define reference architectures, best practices, and reusable solution components.

  • Client Engagement & Advisory

    • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and technical leaders on AI adoption strategies.

    • Present AI solution proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and implementation roadmaps.

    • Bridge the gap between business objectives and AI technology capabilities.

  • Technical Leadership

    • Guide teams of data engineers, data scientists, and software developers in implementing AI solutions.

    • Provide expertise in AI model lifecycle management, including data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

    • Ensure solutions align with AI ethics, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001).

  • Innovation & Ecosystem Building

    • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

    • Drive PoCs (Proof of Concept) and pilots to validate new AI use cases.

    • Build partnerships with cloud vendors, AI platforms, and open-source communities.

Required education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields (PhD is a plus).

  • Experience:

    • 8+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML solutions.

    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects in enterprise environments (banking, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing preferred).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

    • Deep understanding of data engineering, ML pipelines, MLOps, and model deployment.

    • Hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

    • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels.

    • Strategic thinker with a strong balance of business and technical perspectives.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).

  • Experience with AI governance standards (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF).

  • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
