In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Delivery Practice Leader, you will work with Delivery Consultants worldwide helping them scale the implementation and delivery of services for your technical domain. You'll be accountable for the building, launching and enabling the service delivery team with the expertise needed to accelerate the adoption and deployment of IBM technology to address the customer's challenges. As a change agent, you'll work in collaboration to growth the business thru automation and standardization processes based on proven best practices. In collaboration with a cross function team, you'll lead the strategy to build the practice with emerging techniques and solutions globally. We're passionate about success. Data-Driven Solutions for Opportunities: Championing new solutions based on data and delivery outcomes for untapped opportunities. Building Successful Relationships: Developing successful relationships with all levels internal and external to IBM- from engineers to CxOs- with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach health resolution. - 12 Years of SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP APO modules - At least skill in 2 modules expected (e.g., DP+SNP, SNP+PPDS, DP+GATP etc.)
- Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support
- The person should have least 2 end to end SAP implementation experience
- Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
- Also the candidate should have Min one Industry expertise preferably from CPG, Oil&Gas, Automotive, Retail, Pharma or equivalent
- Proven work experience in GATP would be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of CIF, SNP Optimizer and CTM engine will be preferred
- For practitioner with APO DP skill should have working knowledge of BW
