You'll grow revenue in your assigned Brand portfolio by increasing partner 'Sell' activities and overall go-to-market sales execution across all IBM territories covered by your partners. Assigned to 'Sell' partners by brand, you'll influence their sales, technical, and practice leads to increase adoption and co-create on their clients' solutions with IBM brand offerings over competitive alternatives.
As a Brand Sales Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
* Your primary responsibilities will include: Client Management and Value Definition: Effectively manage client relationships, define IBM’s value proposition, and engage key decision-makers.
* Sales Process Management and Collaboration: Oversee the entire sales process, with a focus on expanding new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with various IBM teams.
* Working with IBM ecosystem in order to scale and provide further value to IBM customers.
* Forecasting accurately within the assigned territory.
* Tech Sales Success: Demonstrated success in technology sales, particularly in acquiring new clients in the Public Sector
* Business Acumen and Communication Skills: Possess strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
* Engaging, Compelling, and Influential Communication: Ability to communicate in an engaging, compelling, and influential manner.
* 7+ years practical complex selling experience in the software industry preferably in Integration, B2B & API technologies.
* Familiarity with Business Infrastructure concepts and technologies (API, SOA, Microservices, ESB, SOAP/REST, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, AWS).
* Expertise in the Integration Market: Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the integration market, enabling you to consult with clients and build trust (training on IBM’s Integartion offerings will be provided).
* The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to the UAE Public Sector, particularly the Federal Government, with deep understanding of customer buying cycles, behaviors, key drivers, trends, and potential obstacles.
