Your role and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the analysis, design, and configuration of SAP HCM systems according to client requirements.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  3. Participate in testing phases, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
  4. Provide technical support post-implementation, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
  5. Contribute to the development of solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, SAP HCM features, and enhancements.
  7. Partake in training opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.

With your focus on the front-end of the solution lifecycle, you'll be a master at listening to stakeholders, grasping their business challenges and requirements, and forming more detailed definitions of new architectural structures that will make up their best-fit, value adding solutions.

•Understanding client needs and aligning them with IBM Z solutions.

•Creating effective end-to-end architecture using IBM Z.

•Ensuring architectural viability and conducting assessments.

•Identifying and resolving project risks and conflicts.

Required education
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Preferred education

Required technical and professional expertise
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, or support.
  3. Strong understanding of SAP ABAP, FI/CO, or other relevant modules beneficial.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  7. SAP certification (SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, etc.) is a plus.
