As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go-to expert. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team - advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: Forecasting and Deal Closures: Predicting deal closures and effectively communicating forecasts. Opportunity Identification: Assisting your team in identifying up/cross-sell opportunities within your territory. Collaborative Campaigns: Collaborating with IBM Marketing and Sales to develop new business campaigns. Use-Case Development: Creating use-cases and proofs of concept in response to client RFIs. Value Proposition Presentation: Compellingly presenting high-level value propositions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Consultative Technology Sales: Proven experience in consultative selling, with a strong track record of navigating complex sales cycles and delivering tailored solutions;
Digital Sales Expertise: Skilled in leveraging modern digital sales platforms, tools, and methodologies to drive engagement and results;
Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build trusted client relationships;
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to sales strategy, decision-making, and measuring business impact;
Language Requirements:
Fluent in Flemish and English (required);
French proficiency is a strong advantage;
Automation Market Insight:
Ability to quickly build credibility as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering informed guidance. While in depth training on IBM’s Automation solutions will be provided, a strong foundation or interest in the automation market is essential to effectively consult and advise clients.
