You will lead business development, solutioning, contracting and supervise value delivery to the clients in their BPO needs. This will need you to have a network with Industry leaders and client officials (CFOs, COOs, CHROs, CSCOs, Head of Shared Services) to open conversations and an eye to identify business needs and uncover business opportunities for IBM. You will also need to have an understanding of all the focus Back Office Operations (F&A, HR, Supply Chain, and other industry opportunities) and the leading trends therein to be able to develop thought leadership and exhibit proficiency in identifying, qualifying and/or closing large/complex outsourcing opportunities. You will act as a Client Solution Executive (CSE) in bringing the best solution components across IBM to stitch a seamless high quality solution which meets the client’s commercial expectations. You will have a seamless blend of understanding the business processes, technical know-how, awareness of technology ecosystem players, communication and consulting skills. This is a challenging role as focus will be on growing India to India BPO business. The ideal candidate will be integral to IBM’s growth in the BPO space in India.
* Primary metrics for the role will be: signings, revenue and gross profit of the deals that are led and closed.
- 12 years in BPO space, preferably with experience in India market
- Experience in deal making, strategic selling, consultative selling to CxOs
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Process Operations and the leading trends in the same in India and region.
- Demonstrable knowledge of business process improvement (e.g., RPA, Intelligent Workflows, Analytics, etc.) and Enterprise Applications (e.g SAP, Oracle etc)
- Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
- Knowledge of industry trends, development and availability of new technologies and tools
- Strong experience in Solution design for BPO/Shared services/Contact Centre deals
- Experience in creating RFPs and responding to RFQs
- Strong Consulting experience for CXOs.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- People working in the selling Complex Transformation Deals including BPO deals
