In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer, you will work in an omnichannel environment & help drive best-in-class customer experience.
You will work on projects that help clients with implementing or operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities may include, depending on projects:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration: foundational set up such as business unit configurations, sFTP setup, creation of sender profiles, SSO set up, preference center, integration etc.
•Customer journeys implementation: content creation (emails, sms, push notifications, landing pages), journey flow setup, audience segmentation, automations.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, mailchimp etc).
- html, css, SSJ, javascript
- SQL
- Excellent communication in English, ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing tool
- UI/UX experience is a plus
