As a Technical Program Manager, you will act as a business leader using tools and techniques to help us become effective and efficient as an organization. Your purpose is to keep the train on track and on time.
What will you do:
- Drive the unification of the engineering process, including managing the launch cycle and reporting progress.
- Resource Management, knowing when resources are needed for current and upcoming projects.
- Contribute to building the best databases and Gen AI technologies with a global, diverse workforce.
- Lead diverse projects with community and core business functions, aiming for higher quality and the most efficient delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and inclusion.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in Software Engineering
- Familiarity with modern database architectures
- Proficiency in Agile and Program Management methodologies (e.g., Jira, Scrum)
- Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills, especially when communicating with technical teams.
- Successful measurement and reporting experience
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Strategic and risk management skills
- PMP certification and/or equivalent experience driving large cross-functional initiatives
- Strong technical background as an engineer or architect
- Comfort with multi-cloud and API-driven environments
- Experience in an open source environment
- Exposure to Gen AI concepts and tools
