We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and support critical strategic initiatives that drive IBM Software Group's success. This role will focus on enhancing our NPI/NFI program management, optimizing SaaS availability and costs, and supporting key initiatives including FedRAMP acceleration and marketplace planning. - Support NPI/NFI (New Product Introduction/New Feature Introduction) program management and executive-level reporting, including tracking metrics related to revenue, usage, pipeline, and NCA
- Support SaaS availability initiatives and cost optimization efforts to improve gross profit margins across IBM Software Group
- Support FedRAMP Acceleration projects to enhance compliance and market readiness
- Contribute to BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) & Marketplace planning and implementation
- Track feedback and help to maintain the PMC Dashboard to ensure it's usefulness to SWG PMs
- Implement process improvements leveraging latest in AI to drive automation and efficiency
- Prepare financial reporting focusing on SaaS costs with strategic recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in software or SaaS environments
- Strong process mindset with ability to implement and optimize workflows
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
- Some knowledge of EPM, Oasis and w3 Publisher platforms is a plus
- Financial reporting understanding to analyze cost structures and identify optimization opportunities
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards
- Data analysis and visualization skills
- Interest in AI applications & tech for business process automation
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
