IBM Marketing & Communications is seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and creative professional to join our team as a Social Media Metrics & Orchestration Specialist. In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll support our Metrics & Reporting Lead with end-to-end data aggregation, visualization, and analysis, while also playing a key role in managing cross-functional projects and contributing to high-impact social media initiatives working closely with our Program Manager and Orchestration Lead.
From maintaining performance dashboards and optimizing workflows to coordinating efforts across teams, your work will help drive clarity, alignment, and measurable results. You’ll also help evolve our social media strategy by monitoring platform performance, identifying trends, and analyzing audience behavior to inform content and engagement decisions.

Metrics & Reporting Support
- Aggregate and clean data from various sources (social media platforms, internal tools, third-party dashboards).
- Create visual dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance trends.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing monthly team call presentations and executive summaries.
Project Coordination and Program Management
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for cross-functional high visibility projects.
- Serve as the point of contact for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Track progress and maintain project documentation.
- Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, DataAnalytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data reporting, project management, or social media management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite).
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and enterprise technology trends is a plus.
