Your role and responsibilities

As Development, Security and Operations converge, we need an intelligent and integrated approach to manage IT Operations. A Technical Consultant specializing in AIOps plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation and achieving operational excellence. This role leverages AI and ML techniques to streamline IT operations and generate measurable business value.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to assess their infrastructure and operational challenges and designing tailored AIOps solutions.
  • This involves implementing AIOps platforms, analysing large volumes of operational data, and optimizing monitoring and alerting systems.
  • By focusing on performance optimization and continuous improvement, the consultant helps clients achieve greater reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in their IT operations.
  • An AIOps consultant uses natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML) and natural language pro-cessing (NLP) techniques to extract action phrases & delivers a more effective next-best action and accelerates time to resolution.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, strong communication skills, Certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or cloud platforms are advantageous
