As an IBM Financing Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting IBM’s global financing accounting operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and providing financial insights that drive strategic decision-making, mainly in HW pricing. As financing accountant you will get wide accounting experience over the several accounting segments (lease portfolio, revenue, assets, AR, AP, TAX and more...)

- Prepare and analyze account reconciliation and reports for IBM Financing operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including F&P/CFO, BSO, Q2C, Pricing, CHQ
- Assist in audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries from internal and external auditors.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Participate on quarterly team goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in accounting or finance in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools Excel, SAP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- 2y+ accounting experience
