As a Package Specialist, you are responsible for implementing, integrating, and customizing HR technology products. You work in customer-facing or billable service environments to configure and deploy solutions based on business requirements. Typical deliverables include functional and technical designs, models, components, code, configuration parameters, unit tests, and documentation.
Your responsibility as Package Specialist not limited/confined to but are as follows:
- Resolve tickets includes getting clear and complete requirement from business (Service Requests, Incidents, Change requests etc) including all relevant documentation
- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to have a clear understanding of product vision, product roadmap
- Participate for any technical discussion on need basis
- Adherence to work plan, activities, milestones and timelines per phase for respective areas
- E2E responsible for the solution deployment including defect triage and testing
- Provide input to Product Owners for any feedback from business for them to action
Proficient in Core HR Functions (excluding Recruitment): Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of HR essentials such as SuccessFactors Time and Absence.
Effective at resolving HR issues.
Strong SuccessFactors Proficiency: Understanding and in depth knowledge on SF time and absence module.
Effective Multitasking Under Pressure: Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintains exceptional organization, meets deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
